Tips and Tricks

Choose fresh coriander with vibrant green leaves. For a tangier flavor, use freshly squeezed lemon juice. Pomegranate molasses adds a sweet-tart flavor but can be omitted or substituted with honey or maple syrup.

Fresh mint leaves should be bright green and aromatic. Baby spinach adds mild flavor and nutrition. Substitute lemon juice with lime juice for a different citrus note.

Use fresh ginger for a pungent and spicy flavor. Red chillies should be firm and bright. Adjust the amount of chilli for desired heat. Fish sauce can be substituted with soy sauce for a vegetarian option.
