HOW TO ENTER 

1. To enter, download the Paddy’s Markets smartphone app or visit www.paddysmarkets.com.au/friends and complete your details (name, address, date of birth, telephone number and email address), agree to receive marketing material from Paddy’s Markets and lodge your details to become a Friends of Paddy’s Member during the Promotional Period. Once you become a Friends of Paddy’s Member you are automatically entered into the Promotion.
2. The Promotion commences at 09:00AEDT on 25/03/2016 and closes at 15:30AEST on 27/06/2016 (the “Promotional Period”).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

3. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
4. Entry to the Promotion is open to residents of New South Wales aged 18 years and over who fulfill the entry requirements.
5. Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or of participating standholders, agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible. "Immediate families" means spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the director, manager, employee, officer or contractor.
6. The Promotion commences at 09:00AEDT on 25/03/2016 and closes at 15:30AEST on 27/06/2016 (the “Promotional Period”).
7. Multiple entries are not permitted. Only one entry per Friends of Paddy’s Membership applies.
8. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.  Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
9. There are three (3) Competition Periods with the three (3) Draw Dates. Competition Periods and Draw Dates are as follows:

   Draws will take place on each Draw Date at 13:00EDT/EST (as applicable) at PMG Media Pty Ltd, 136 Cathedral St, Woolloomooloo 2011.  The first valid entry drawn on each Draw Date will receive the Prize. Prize consists of a AUD$2,000 Flight Centre gift voucher. The Flight Centre gift voucher is valid for purchases from Flight Centre. Winners will be notified by telephone and email and their name published on www.paddysmarkets.com.au within two days of each Draw Date.

10. If necessary, a second chance draw will take place at the same time and place as the first Draw Date on 27/09/2016 to distribute any unclaimed Prizes. Second chance draw winners will be notified by telephone, email and their name published on www.paddysmarkets.com.au within two days of any second chance draw.
11. Total prize pool value is up to AU$6,000.00 inclusive of GST.   
12. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. Prize must be redeemed within twelve (12) months of the date of issue (expiry date is indicated on the voucher). The supplier of the Prize is Flight Centre and the Prize is subject to the Suppliers terms and conditions which can be found at http://www.flightcentre.com.au/booking-terms-condition.
14. If a Prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or that part of the Prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

15. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s photo, name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
16. As a condition of accepting a Prize, the winner may be required to sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or Prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity. 
17. Details from entries will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this Promotion (which may include, but is not limited to, disclosure to third parties, including Prize providers, Australian lottery authorities and any other regulatory authority, for the purpose of processing and conducting the Promotion) and for promotional purposes surrounding this Promotion. By participating in this Promotion participants consent to the use of their information as described and agree that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment to the entrant. Entrants may access, change and /or update their personal information and obtain a copy of the Promoter’s privacy policy by contacting the Promoter on (02) 9325 2200 during office hours.
